They should not evacuate the fire site before fully evacuating and ensuring their own safety.
        The drill steps are divided into three parts: first, on-site training will be conducted, including risk control and investigation of fire, electric shock, poisoning, and suffocation, emergency response, emergency plan activation and response; Secondly, conduct on-site drills, including emergency response plans, fire emergency drills, and first aid drills; After the overall commander issues a notice of the end of the drill, all participants will go to the designated location and the overall commander will evaluate and summarize the drill.
